Dr. Tsilosani and his team have been working in the field of hair transplantation for more than years. In 2012 Dr. A. Tsilosani with the help of 12 assistants has performed a new record-breaking hair transplant procedure – 9,688 grafts (approx. 25 000 hairs) were transplanted in a single session which lasted 11 hours! 
Dr. Tsilosnai’s authorized and perfected method of hair restoration in post-burn, post-traumatic and post-operative scar tissues provides almost the same survival rate of transplanted grafts (95%) as in intact tissues.

This special punch is used for minimizing the trauma of donor grafts consisting of two, three and four hair follicles. Dr. Tsilosani uses the punches of sufficient diameter. Usually, donor grafts trauma is caused by the usage of non-sufficient sized punches, which are smaller than the follicular unit itself. Due to this detail, Dr. Tsilosani has invented his orginal punch, which has two main important advantages compared to standard punches: greatly maximized sharpness, which decreases the rate of the transection, and a special window allowing the recovery of sucked grafts without any trauma.
Dr. Tsilosani is using an effective method of donor hair harvesting and graft cutting. Grafts are prepared in small sizes (neither chubby, nor skinny) with no harm to their survival. Grafts stay trauma free and hydrated. This method is advantageous as it provides high survivability of transplanted grafts. There is no limit to perfection - 7 and 9 hair grafts extracted with Dr. Tsilosani's 0.9 mm punch.
The natural appearance of transplanted hair can be reached only by dense packaging and the natural direction of growth. To achieve the excellent cosmetic results and almost natural hair density in cases of androgenic alopecia, Dr. Tsilosani created unique solutions to the problems of harvesting necessary number of grafts (4000-6000, etc.) from donor areas, and achieving the density from 35/40 to 45/60 grafts in 1cm2 in frontal and hairline areas.
